4. Data Collection on Our Website
SSL / TLS Encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content — such as orders or inquiries you send to us — this website uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection when the browser's address bar changes from "http://" to "https://" and a padlock icon appears.
Server Log Files
The website provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits to us. This includes:
- Browser type and version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL
- Hostname of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request
- IP address
This data is not merged with other data sources. Collection is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of its website, which necessitates the collection of server log files.
Contact Form / Inquiries
If you send us inquiries via the contact form or email, the information you provide, including any contact details, will be stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry and handling any follow-up questions. This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your inquiry relates to the performance of a contract or is necessary for pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in effectively handling inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5. External Services & Content
Google Web Fonts
This website uses Web Fonts provided by Google for consistent text rendering. When a page loads, your browser downloads the required Web Fonts into its cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly. For this purpose, your browser must connect to Google's servers, through which Google learns that our website was accessed via your IP address.
The use of Google Web Fonts serves the legitimate interest in a consistent and visually appealing presentation of our online services, pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
6. Your Rights
You have the right at any time to obtain free information about the origin, recipient, and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have the right to request correction, restriction, or deletion of this data. Additionally, you have the right under certain circumstances to request the restriction of processing of your personal data.
Withdrawal of Consent
Many data processing operations are only possible with your explicit consent. You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time. The lawfulness of data processing carried out prior to the withdrawal remains unaffected.
Right to Object to Data Collection (Art. 21 GDPR)
WHERE DATA PROCESSING IS BASED ON ART. 6(1)(E) OR (F) GDPR, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT AT ANY TIME TO OBJECT TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA ON GROUNDS RELATING TO YOUR PARTICULAR SITUATION. IF YOU OBJECT, WE WILL NO LONGER PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA UNLESS WE CAN DEMONSTRATE COMPELLING LEGITIMATE GROUNDS FOR THE PROCESSING THAT OVERRIDE YOUR INTERESTS.
Right to Lodge a Complaint with the Supervisory Authority
In the event of GDPR violations, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. This right exists without prejudice to other administrative or judicial remedies. The competent supervisory authority for our company is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 27, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
